Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to services and equipment provided by Paras Homecare. By booking a service or renting equipment, you agree to them.

Not an emergency service

Our services support patients at home and do not replace emergency care. In a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice.

Bookings and care plans

Services begin once the scope, schedule and charges have been confirmed with you. Care is provided in line with the treating doctor's advice. Please share accurate and complete information about the patient's condition so we can assign suitable staff.

Charges and payment

Charges depend on the patient's needs and are shared with you before services start. Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking, and an invoice is issued for every payment.

Cancellations and changes

You can ask to change or stop a service by informing your care coordinator. Notice periods, refunds of unused amounts and any applicable charges are confirmed at the time of booking.

Equipment rental

• Equipment remains our property and must be used as demonstrated, for the patient it was provided for.
• A refundable security deposit may apply, returned after the equipment is collected in working order.
• Please report faults immediately — do not attempt repairs yourself.
• Damage beyond normal wear, or loss, may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Staff conduct

Our caregivers are expected to behave professionally at all times. If you have any concern about a caregiver, tell your coordinator straight away. Please do not employ our staff directly or ask them to perform tasks outside the agreed care plan.

Limitation of liability

We take every reasonable care in providing services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for outcomes resulting from the patient's underlying condition or from instructions not shared with us.
